The Jersey City Marathon for April 2024?

So the big goal is racing the 2024 NYC Marathon.

Small goals?

• Run a 5K (Registered for one happening on September)
• Run a 10K (Registered for one happening on November)
• Run a Half Marathon

And maybe run a marathon too?

Early this year, Jersey City held the inaugural Jersey City Marathon. I was intrigued because it's a mostly flat course and there's not a lot of people racing it (this year at least).

So it gave me an idea of running it just to dip my toes into the waters that is marathon racing.

It doesn't matter if I finish or not. It doesn't matter what time it takes me (if I do finish). I just want to see what 26.2 miles is really like. What marathon training is really like. You know, before I commit to fundraise for a charity and race a marathon major.

Strongly considering it, especially since I have enough time to train for it and enough time to rest and train for the NYC Marathon as well.
