After a brief bout with mild shin splints, I finally got to run today.

I was a bit nervous about my shins, but I've been giving it some TLC the past three days and I figured I should take a gentle run—if it hurts in any way, I'll stop.

As it happens, it didn't hurt. OK maybe on that one last interval where I pushed it and felt a small small small twitch of pain. But other than that? I'm back in the game, baby.

The air is cold today too, and I could feel it in my lungs. Plus the wheezing is there, too. Boo.

In two days, I'm starting week 3 of None to Run. I'll switch from day-by-day None to Run updates or weekly from then on.

Even if I stop today, I can proudly say I've ran SIX times within two weeks. SIX!

That's never happened before.

I feel like I've finally found my sport.
