None to Run: Week 9 Wrap-Up
Wrapped up Week 9. On to Week 10!

Week 9 is done.
Also the first time I ran back to back. Yesterday and today.
Here are my stats:
Week 9 Day 1
A bit of a tough one — though not as tough as I thought — so I had to take longer breaks than the 2-minute walk interval (paused the app), but I got it done.
I initially planned to repeat Week 8 because my running schedule's been pretty erratic due to the weather and air quality, but my husband encouraged me to try out the Week 9 runs anyway, and I'm so glad I listened to him.

Week 9 Day 2
I felt STRONG for this run.
Got to do this at the park so it was awesome. I also made a couple of surprise PRs!

Week 9 Day 3
Today is the first ever back-to-back runs ever.
I'm way behind my running schedule so I'm trying to catch up.
That said, I will still be taking breaks. For example, I won't be running tomorrow. Depending on the weather temps, I'd run on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Final Thoughts
I've been apprehensive before, but Week 10 is the real test coz now we're entering 20-minute run territory.
Send some good vibes my way, eh?
