None to Run: Week 8 Wrap-Up
I don't know how, but I did it. Week 8 is done.

Week 8 is done.
Wow. I feel stronger and on Day 3, faster.
Here are my stats:
Week 8 Day 1
A good run.

Week 8 Day 2
This was a good run as well.

Week 8 Day 3
An excellent run.
I felt strong and fast. I think it's because I had carbs carbs an hour or so before the run. Now I know what they say about Carnivore runners being slow.

Final Thoughts
I've discovered carbs = speed and energy today.
Experimenting with this on my next run.
Not much to say except I can run for 2 min / 30 sec walk intervals now.
Oh yeah!!!
