None to Run: Week 7 Wrap-Up
Week 7 CRUSHED to the ground! Woohoo!

Week 7 is history, baby! What a week filled with discoveries and accomplishments. Below are my Week 7 Stats:
Week 7 Day 1
My legs were killing me from the previous two days of over-zealous, leg-strenuous workouts. Lots of paused walk intervals.

Week 7 Day 2
This run doubled as my virtual 5K participation on Strava.
Also the day I discovered "Runner's Trot."

Week 7 Day 3
Finally a day where I actually finished the run without incident. In fact, I did pretty darn well on this run.
I walked an extra 15 minutes or so (more like 10 minute walk plus a 3 minute straight run and a sprint) to fulfill my 75 Hard workout requirement of 45-minute workout.

Final Thoughts
Weeks 7 and 8 are gonna be like this — 2 minute runs and 30-second walk intervals. I just finished Week 7 so I know I'm gonna crush Week 8.
On that note, Week 9 is a 5-minute run with 2-minute intervals... and I know I can do it.
