None to Run: Week 4 Wrap-Up
And Week 4 is history! On to Week 5, baby!
Wrapping up Week 4 of the None to Run Program. This is insane!!!
Below are my Week 4 Stats:
Week 4 Day 1
I felt good on this day. I surprised myself because I still had a lot of juice after the run. It was a good run.
Week 4 Day 2
I was feeling tired for this run, but not exhausted. It was an OK run.
Week 4 Day 3
Took this run super slow, and even then, I had misgivings up until the 3rd running interval. I struggled (as you can see from the elevated heart rate). It was pretty warm too.
I was feeling sore from the Prehab exercises I did earlier this morning (about 10 hours ago). So lesson learned not to do prehab before my runs.
Even so, I did it!
Final Thoughts
Week 4 is done! Woohoo!
Week 5 is giving me 90-second runs with only 1-minute rests.
This is gonna be the most challenging one yet. Which means I'm not doing anything tomorrow for rest day—except super my super early Prehab to give as much time between that and the run. Then off I go on Friday (with Prehab after the run).
Can I do it?
