Day 10: Sugar-free (More like Carnivore)

Update to my Sugar-free Diet experiment (aka accidental Carnivore).

Day 10: Sugar-free (More like Carnivore)

Today is Day 10 of my Sugar-free Diet experiment—where I'm pretty much doing a Carnivore diet because everything has sugar except meat and veggies. And I don't like veggies booooo.

So far:

  • 11 pounds lost (I wonder how much of this is water weight)
  • Zero brain fog
  • Nagging gum issue is gone
  • Noticed a big change to my puffy face

What I've been eating:

  • Eating a variety of meats: beef, pork (mainly uncured and sugar-free bacon), fish, and shrimp.
  • Eggs, eggs, eggs!
  • Butter
  • Cheddar Cheese

How I feel:

Overall, I feel great.

I'm almost never hungry.

I eat when I'm hungry and until I feel satiated. I almost always feel full too. Sometimes I even have to force myself to eat because I just worked out, for example, and I'm not hungry at all.

I love how I feel in this diet and the positive body changes that I see.

The experiment ends in four days and I pretty much know what I want to do once it's done. Will keep you updated!
